The Department of Mechanical Engineering has a research
center named after our beloved Founder Secretary Late
Sri. M. H. Jayaprakash Narayan. The research activities
are ably funded by AICTE and other agencies. Exclusive
facilities such as Twin Roll Casting, Advanced Welding
and Thermal Barrier Coating are established.
Recently an exclusive Center for Composites was established
which is named after a renowned industrialist Late Sri. Vijay Zaveri.
The centre has facilities for teaching and training in different levels
like certificate, technician, diploma and postgraduate diploma.
